Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking a Care and Preservation (C&P) Manager to lead preservation activities for large-scale power generation and energy infrastructure projects. You will develop site-specific preservation plans, monitor compliance, and keep assets in ready-to-install condition throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborating with Construction, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, and Commissioning teams, you will manage documentation, turnover, and warranty preservation efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering/related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in industrial construction, power, or asset preservation.
• Experience managing preservation programs for large capital projects.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Care and Preservation programs and plans.
• Ensure preservation activities meet project schedules and warranty requirements.
• Lead storage, laydown, and equipment protection strategies.
• Maintain preservation documentation and compliance across sites.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, quality, and commissioning teams.
• Mentor Preservation Coordinators and Inspectors.
