Job summary

TIC Power Construction is seeking a Care and Preservation (C&P) Manager to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of all care, preservation, and asset protection activities for large-scale power generation and energy infrastructure projects.

You will work closely with Construction, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, Commissioning, and Project Controls teams to develop site-specific preservation plans and ensure project assets remain in ready-to-install condition throughout the

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; equivalent industry experience considered.
8+ years of experience in industrial construction, power generation, energy, oil & gas, manufacturing, commissioning, quality, maintenance, or asset preservation.
Experience managing preservation programs for large capital projects.
Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement project-specific Care and Preservation programs and plans.
Oversee preservation activities for major equipment (turbines, generators, HRSGs, transformers, pumps, motors, switchgear, I&C, mechanical and electrical systems).
Monitor and ensure storage, environmental controls, inspections, lubrication, rotation, and preventive maintenance requirements.
Maintain preservation records to protect warranties and support turnover requirements.
Lead and mentor Care and Preservation Coordinators, Specialists, and Inspectors; collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Quality, Commissioning, and Operations.
