Job summary

TIC Power Construction is seeking a Care and Preservation (C&P) Manager to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of care, preservation, and asset protection activities for large-scale power generation and energy infrastructure projects.

This role ensures that equipment and facilities are protected from receipt through installation and turnover to maintain manufacturer warranties and minimize rework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Technology, or related field; equivalent industry experience may be considered.
• 8+ years of experience in industrial construction, power generation, energy, oil & gas, manufacturing, commissioning, quality, maintenance, or asset preservation.
• Experience managing preservation programs for large capital projects.
• Strong understanding of equipment storage, maintenance, commissioning, and warranty requirements.
• Ability to travel and work at project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project-specific Care and Preservation programs, procedures, and execution plans.
• Establish preservation requirements based on vendor recommendations, project specifications, and industry best practices.
• Ensure care and preservation activities align with project schedules, turnover milestones, and construction execution strategies.
• Lead planning efforts for long-term storage, laydown yard management, and equipment protection strategies.
• Maintain compliance with owner requirements, manufacturer warranties, and contractual obligations.
