Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years in industrial construction, power generation, energy, oil & gas, manufacturing, commissioning, quality, maintenance, or asset preservation.
• Experience managing preservation programs for large capital projects.
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project-specific Care and Preservation programs and plans.
• Establish preservation requirements and ensure alignment with schedules and turnover milestones.
• Lead storage planning, laydown yard management, and equipment protection strategies.
• Maintain preservation compliance, warranties, and project documentation.
• Mentor and lead coordinators, specialists, and inspectors; collaborate across engineering, procurement, and operations.
• Prepare reports on equipment status, preservation performance, risks, and mitigations.
