Job summary

TIC Power Construction is seeking a Care and Preservation (C&P) Manager to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of care, preservation, and asset protection activities for large-scale power generation and energy infrastructure projects.

The role collaborates with Construction, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, Commissioning, and Project Controls to develop site-specific preservation plans and ensure all assets stay in a ready-to-install and operational condition throughout the

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Technology, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
8+ years of experience in industrial construction, power generation, energy, oil & gas, or asset preservation.
Experience managing preservation programs for large capital projects.
Strong understanding of equipment storage, maintenance, and warranty requirements.
Knowledge of power plant systems and heavy industrial equipment.
Ability to read vendor manuals and engineering docs; strong planning skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement project-specific Care and Preservation programs and execution plans.
Establish preservation requirements based on vendor recommendations and project specs.
Ensure activities align with schedules, milestones, and turnover strategies.
Lead planning for long-term storage, laydown yard management, and equipment protection.
Maintain preservation records to support warranties and turnover.
