Job summary

PlanIT Group is seeking a Power Apps Developer for a Federal Government contract. The role focuses on developing canvas and model-driven PowerApps, integrating Power BI, and migrating legacy forms to modern PowerApps solutions.

You will work in a collaborative, Agile environment, supporting security and data governance requirements. The position emphasizes cross-functional teamwork with IT, operations, and security, and requires US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field and relevant experience.
• 5+ years progressive experience in related roles.
• Experience with PowerApps canvas/model-driven apps and UX.
• Experience with PowerApps integration with multiple data sources and REST services.

Responsibilities

• Develop PowerApps canvas and model-driven apps.
• Build enterprise mobile solutions using best practices in Power Platform.
• Use multiple connectors and build custom connectors when needed.
• Migrate legacy applications to PowerApps solutions.
• Design database models (MySQL, SQL Server) and secure PowerApps.
• Address security findings and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Integrate Power BI reports/dashboards into PowerApps.
• Meet deadlines and conduct unit and integration testing.
• Communicate designs and progress to customers and team members.
• Support cross-functional teams including IT operations and security.
