Qualifications

• Citizenship: U.S. citizenship is required to comply with applicable government contract requirements.
• Clearance Level: No Clearance required, but previously cleared candidates preferred.
• Security Level: Must have held a CAC within the past 2 years.
• Certification: Current CompTIA Security+ CE.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of experience or High School Diploma and 6 years of experience.
• Years’ Experience: >1 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
• Technical Skills: Canvas and model-driven Apps, data sources, data modeling, connectors, JavaScript, Python, Power FX; SharePoint, Dataverse and integration tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and sustain both model-driven and canvas apps using premium connectors and data sources (Dataverse, SQL Server, SharePoint, external APIs).
• Organize requirements, identify minimum viable product, and collaborate with leadership on milestones.
• Work with clients to sustain and enhance PowerApp solutions with varying autonomy.
• Design relational data models within Dataverse for data retention and export.
• Follow best practices with reusable components, custom pages, and modern controls; optimize performance and UX.
• Integrate with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, and external APIs via custom connectors.
• Write and maintain Power Fx, JavaScript, React; use VS Code, Node.js in development workflows.
• Develop Power Automate flows with robust error handling and retry patterns.
• Prepare deployment requests using Solutions, environment variables, and pipelines across environments.
• Perform solution reviews for quality and compliance.
• Contribute to sustainment via incident remediation, enhancements, release notes, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance policies in the Power Platform ecosystem.
