Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant industrial/technical marketing, product development, commercialization, or strategic business development.
• Strong knowledge of power and utility markets, forecasting, pricing, and financial analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to commercialize technical products and lead cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical, project management, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and data analysis.
• Experience with government agencies, National Laboratories, government supply programs, transformer markets, international marketing, or emerging technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies for existing and new Metglas products and markets.
• Manage customer relationships, account pricing, sales forecasting, CRM data, and production planning.
• Lead market research, competitive analysis, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with global sales, manufacturing, R&D, Quality, and Operations teams in the U.S. and Japan.
• Identify profitable opportunities in utilities, transformers, government programs, and emerging markets.
• Maintain competitive intelligence in CRM and provide strategic plans to management.
• Represent customer priorities internally and support technical inquiries, design-in projects, and product development.
• Travel domestically and internationally approximately 33-50%.
