Job summary

Melaleuca, Inc. in Idaho Falls, ID is seeking a Manufacturing Associate for the Powder Plant. The role handles weighing, processing bulk product per SOPs and FDA/FSMA/GMP compliance, from 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM, with opportunities for advancement and a robust benefits package.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety, operating scanners and plant software, and supporting inventory control in a clean, climate-controlled environment. On-site position with overtime and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• One year or more experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and follow directions precisely.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and plant software systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow all plant policies, safety rules, and regulatory requirements.
• Operate copier, handheld scanner, and plant software (JDE, RFGen, MasterControl).
• Communicate changes or delays to supervisors and teams clearly.
• Sanitation duties using cleaning equipment and chemicals to maintain a safe environment.
• Participate in safety programs and continuous improvement activities.
• Drive a forklift safely in tight spaces and high-traffic areas.
• Assist with inventory control and general duties as needed.
