Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance per schedule according to time and quality standards.
  • Demonstrate ability to coordinate all powder paint equipment functions and line speed.
  • Demonstrate ability to change over powder paint equipment.
  • Troubleshoot equipment for electrical or mechanical issues in the Powder Paint area.
  • Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate leadership within the Powder Paint area.
  • Assist department in solving quality problems.
  • Check all work using gauges specified by quality plan.
  • Check others' work as needed on a timely basis.
