Snelling is seeking a detailed-oriented Painter to join our production finish team. The role focuses on applying powder and/or wet spray coatings with precision while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining the paint line, loading/unloading parts, inspecting finished pieces against drawings, performing color changes, and collaborating with the team to interpret work orders and move materials safely using overhead cranes.

• Mastering Safety: Be proficient in the safe operation of painting equipment.
• Mastering the Finish: Applying high-quality powder and/or wet spray coatings with precision.
• Keeping Things Moving: Managing the paint line, loading/unloading parts, and making real-time adjustments to keep our workflow smooth.
• Quality First: Inspecting finished pieces against engineering drawings to ensure every part is perfect before it leaves your station.
• Total Care: Handling equipment maintenance and performing thorough color changes to keep our operations clean and efficient.
• Collaboration: Working with the team to interpret work orders and safely move materials using overhead cranes.
