Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and wear PPE.
• Prepare metal components for coating.
• Operate painting and powder coating equipment.
• Load/unload components on overhead conveyors.
• Inspect coated parts for thickness, coverage and finish quality.
• Meet daily production goals with quality standards.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
