Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of manufacturing or industrial production experience.
• Experience with painting, powder coating, sandblasting, or similar finishing processes.
• Ability to read work orders and production documentation.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies, wear PPE, and maintain a clean work area.
• Prepare components, operate painting, blasting, and coating equipment; apply coatings.
• Inspect finished components for thickness, coverage, and finish quality.
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality and documenting production.
• Perform basic maintenance on painting and blasting equipment.
• Collaborate with production, welding, fabrication, and assembly teams.
