Job summary

Southern Perfection Fabrication is seeking a supervisor to run our powder coating and finishing line in Byron, GA. You will lead scheduling for the area, operate and optimize large ovens, and train painters, ensuring top finish and color quality while maintaining safety and schedule adherence.

Ideal candidates have powder coating/finishing experience and some leadership background, with a drive to own a work area and lead a team.

Run our powder coating and finishing line at one of the largest powder operations in the Southeast.

Schedule & what we offer:

Full-time, direct hire in Byron, GA. Overtime available. Shifts: Monday-Thursday day shift (four 10-hour days), Friday-Sunday weekend shifts, and night shifts available. We provide training, a retention bonus, and a real path to grow.
