Job summary

Southern Perfection Fabrication in Byron, GA is seeking entry-level trainees for our finishing department. We provide on-the-job training, so no prior experience is required to begin learning powder coating and finishing skills.

You will prep parts, apply powder coating, run parts through our large ovens, and verify coverage, color and finish quality while keeping the area clean and safe. Overtime may be available as you grow with the team in a direct-hire role.

Schedule & what we offer:

Full-time, direct hire in Byron, GA. Overtime available. Shifts: Monday-Thursday day shift (four 10-hour days), Friday-Sunday weekend shifts, and night shifts available. We provide training, a retention bonus, and a real path to grow.
