Job summary

Southern Perfection Fabrication is seeking a supervisor to run our powder coating and finishing line in Byron, GA. You will lead scheduling for the area, operate and optimize large ovens, and train painters, ensuring top finish and color quality while maintaining safety and schedule adherence.

Ideal candidates have powder coating/finishing experience and some leadership background, with a drive to own a work area and lead a team.

• Powder coating / finishing experience.
• Some lead, crew or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule the powder coating / finishing area.
• Run and tune the line and large powder ovens.
• Train and pace painters — including new hires we’re training.
• Own finish and color quality.
• Keep the area safe and on schedule.
