Job summary

Sintel Inc. is seeking an Industrial Powder Paint Line Lead for its finishing line. The role is hands-on and focused on coaching teams, maintaining quality, and achieving production goals on 2nd and 3rd shifts.

You will train staff, verify quality against prints, manage schedules, drive efficiency, and reduce scrap while upholding safety standards in accordance with SINTEL procedures and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Lead and train team members to understand job requirements and perform tasks safely and efficiently.
• Ensure parts conform to print specifications and work orders.
• Own schedule execution and finish work orders on time or ahead of schedule.
• Drive performance by meeting or exceeding monthly efficiency goals.
• Control scrap and reduce waste to meet monthly targets.
• Maintain safety; follow SINTEL procedures and OSHA standards.
• Provide periodic performance feedback through employee reviews.
