Job summary

Lippert Components in Goshen Plant is seeking a production team member focused on completing the main powder coating process. You will move chassis into the paint booth, clean debris, and apply coatings per approved procedures while maintaining equipment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and meeting daily production goals. It is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities to grow in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Lift truck operator experience preferred (training available).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a respirator test.

Responsibilities

• Move sandblasted chassis into the paint booth.
• Remove debris from chassis using an air hose.
• Coat chassis following approved procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain coating equipment to ensure daily functionality.
