Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a Powder Coat Operator to manage the powder coat system, including loading powder, spraying, hanging and un-hanging parts, and oven operation. Training others on operation and setup is also part of this role.

Requirements include painting or powder coating experience or trade school completion, plus a High School Diploma or GED. The position offers a daytime shift, $20 per hour, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits through Adecco’s Aspire Academy program.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Operate powder coat system (load powder, spray, hang/unhang parts, oven operation).
• Perform powder coat setup (change powders, adjust powder gun).

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for operation of powder coat system; including, loading powder, spraying powder, hanging and unhanging un-coated products, and operation of ovens.


• Responsible for performing powder coat setup; including, changing powders, adjustments to powder handgun, etc.


• Responsible for conformance with quality specifications.


• Ability to assist others in performing powder, trouble shooting, and maintenance activities.


• Ability to assist in training others on operation and setup of powder coat operations

Requirements:

• Relevant work experience; Painting, powder coating, or trade school completion


• High School Diploma or GED required.

Pay Details:

$20.00 per hour

This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
