Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Painter / Blaster to join our manufacturing team. You will perform abrasive blasting, apply industrial coatings, and support material handling in a fast-paced production environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, manufacturing experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Training occurs during the first month, with a night shift schedule and a pay rate of $24.95 per hour.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or industrial production experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally.
• Comfortable working in PPE, including respirators and blast suits.
• Physically able to work in demanding environments.

• Conduct basic equipment inspections and maintenance checks
• Assist with material movement throughout the facility

Requirements & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Manufacturing or industrial production experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable working in PPE, including respirators and blast suits
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments

Preferred

• Experience with industrial coatings, fireproofing, epoxies, or abrasive blasting
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

Shift: Monday-Friday

• Training (1st Month): 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Regular Schedule: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• Pay rate: $24.95

Pay Details

$24.95 per hour
