Location: Hamilton, OH
Pay Rate: $20.00/ hr
Shift: 1st Shift: 6am - 4pm (MON-THUR / OT possible on Fridays)

Individual will powder coat a wide range of products. This is an outstanding opportunity for a qualified powder coater to work with a great company that offers excellent benefits. Job Qualifications

• Relevant work experience; Painting, powder coating, or trade school completion.
• Perform standard math: add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Responsible for operation of powder coat system, including loading powder, spraying powder, hanging and unhanging un-coated products, and operation of ovens.
• Responsible for performing powder coat setup, including changing powders and adjustments to powder handgun.
• Responsible for conformance with quality specifications.
• Ability to assist others in performing powder, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
• Ability to assist in training others on operation and setup of powder coat operations.

Preferred Skills

• Detail-oriented: Ability to pay close attention to specifics to ensure a quality product is being produced.
• Mechanically inclined: Good with tools and machinery, can adapt quickly to fix familiar and unfamiliar things.
• Perform standard math: Able to perform standard math to effectively make machine adjustments.
• Reasoning ability: Ability to think, reflect, and make decisions to overcome obstacles.
