• Identifying and correcting coating defects or quality issues.
• Maintaining an efficient production pace while meeting quality expectations.
• Reducing rework, waste, and unnecessary downtime.
• Keeping equipment and the work area clean, organized, and ready for production.
• Following all safety procedures and shop standards.

We’re Looking for the Best Powder Coater in Town

We are a growing manufacturing company in Tualatin looking for an experienced, highly skilled Powder Coater who takes pride in doing exceptional work.

This is not an entry-level position.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to spray, understands how to produce a high-quality finish consistently, and knows how to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality.

In addition to competitive base pay, this position offers production-based bonuses with total earning potential of up to $50 per hour.

What You’ll Do

As an experienced Powder Coater, you will be responsible for producing high-quality finishes while helping drive productivity and efficiency within the shop.
