The role involves loading and unloading parts, preparing components for coating, and operating powder coating equipment to ensure quality and efficiency. The job requires reading drawings, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while communicating clearly with team members.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to read drawings and Bills of Materials.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts onto fixtures.
• Prepare parts for coating and cleaning.
• Operate coating equipment and monitor gauges for quality.
• Bake/cure parts to proper temperatures within time limits.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Document production and quality data as required.
