G&W Electric Co is seeking a Powder Coat Operator for the 5:00am to 1:30pm shift. The role involves preparing components for powder coat, loading/unloading parts, cleaning, applying, curing, and unloading coatings, with occasional hand abrasive blasting.

The ideal candidate will load fixtures, read drawings, operate guns and booths, inspect for quality, and maintain the equipment while working in a team-focused environment. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to read drawings and BOMs.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsabilités

• Load and unload parts onto fixtures.
• Prepare parts for coating, including electrochemical cleaning.
• Operate coating equipment (guns, hoppers, booth systems).
• Perform visual inspections to ensure coating quality.
• Bake/cure parts at specified temperatures.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Document actions on production and quality forms.
• Assist training others as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team and supervisors.
