Pro Staffing Solutions is seeking an Industrial Powder Coater for a full-time, on-site role at a local Alabama facility specializing in metal fabrication. The candidate should have 3+ years of powder coat experience and be able to perform prepping, coating, and finishing tasks.

The role offers 1st and 2nd shift options with pay ranging from $20 to $25 per hour depending on experience. Responsibilities include surface preparation, powder coating application, and quality inspection of finished

Qualifications

• Prepare and clean metal surfaces for coating.
• Apply powder coating to fabricated parts using spray equipment.
• Inspect finished products for quality, coverage, and adherence to standards.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities
