Job summary

Daifuku North America is seeking a Powder Coat Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Hobart, IN. You will supervise shop employees, support manufacturing goals, and uphold safety standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of manufacturing experience and strong Excel/data-analysis skills; on-site presence is required, with some Saturday work. Competitive benefits are offered upon hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technical degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience.
• Supervisory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads daily team operations, schedules staff, assigns work, and ensures workflow.
• Directs employees to meet quality and on-time delivery requirements; communicates with managers.
• Maintain timekeeping and attendance records for groups using UKG; ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members; support process improvements.
