Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising tasks, verifying quality, operating material handling equipment, using an overhead crane when needed, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced powder coat

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing/production.
• Experienced forklift operator.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and write English and perform basic math.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
• Knowledge of quality assurance and self-inspection techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead the powder coat team and train new employees.
• Serve as department safety champion and maintain organized work area.
• Verify hanging devices and use overhead crane.
• Maintain department database and prepare routine reports.
• Operate department material handling equipment and assist maintenance.
• Follow Daifuku QMS policies and pursue continuous improvement.
