Job summary

Forma-Fab Metals is seeking a production support member for the paint shop. You will assist with palletizing, prepping parts for powder coating, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. The role involves following written and verbal instructions and collaborating with team members to keep operations efficient.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be able to multitask, and be comfortable with overtime as needed. Prior sheet metal experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Move pallets of metal parts using pallet jack.
• Hang and plug material parts prior to coating.
• Prepare and clean items before coating process.
• Unplug items after coating and drying.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Work with team to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Follow safety procedures and regulations.
