Job summary

FULL VISION INC. is seeking a Powder Coating Prep Associate to prepare metal parts for the powder coating process. You will clean, mask, inspect, and position parts to ensure proper adhesion and finish.

The role includes light assembly tasks and unloading painted parts while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. You will be expected to pass a drug test and a physical agility test, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and apply careful attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Passage of Drug Test
• Passage of Physical Agility Test
• Excellent dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Good organizational and verbal communication skills
• Experience painting a variety of surface types

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal parts for powder coating by cleaning, masking, and inspecting surfaces
• Remove oils, dirt, rust, and other contaminants to ensure proper paint adhesion
• Hang or position parts on racks or conveyors for the powder coating process
• Inspect parts for defects and ensure they meet quality standards before painting
• Mask or tape areas that should not be coated
• Assist with unloading painted parts and perform light assembly tasks as required
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safety and efficiency
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies related to equipment and materials
• Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding production needs or quality concerns
• Perform other related duties as assigned
