Qualifications

• Powder-coating experience required.
• Manufacturing/fabrication experience preferred.
• Knowledge of surface preparation, coating thickness, and curing processes.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed specifications.
• Familiarity with industrial painting equipment and safety procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable attendance and a safety-focused work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and mask metal parts before coating
• Set up and operate powder-coating equipment
• Apply finishes evenly and according to production specifications
• Monitor coating thickness, coverage, and curing requirements
• Inspect completed parts for smoothness, color, and overall quality
• Safely handle materials, chemicals, tools, and shop equipment
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow blueprints, work orders, and production instructions
