The role requires experience with powder coating or industrial painting, knowledge of surface prep, masking, and coating techniques, and a strong commitment to safety. Weekly pay, benefits, and a $1,000 hiring bonus are offered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare parts for coating (cleaning, masking, sanding, racking).
• Apply powder coat finishes using manual and automated spray systems.
• Operate curing ovens and verify proper cure times and temperatures.
• Monitor coating thickness, inspect finished parts, and perform touch-ups.
• Perform color changes and maintain coating equipment.
