Job summary

Fab Fours, a division of the Warn Group, is seeking a powder coating technician to operate coating equipment and curing ovens in a hands-on manufacturing environment. You will prepare, blast, and coat products such as bumpers while maintaining quality standards and a safe workspace.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months in powder coating or manufacturing, can lift up to 80 lbs, and demonstrate attention to detail and reliability.

• Must have powder coating experience or general manufacturing experience.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs repeatedly and work in varying temperatures.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality-minded.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate powder coating equipment, curing ovens, and related tools safely and efficiently.
• Prepare, blast, and powder coat products to meet quality and production standards.
• Inspect finished products and adjust for a high-quality finish.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine equipment maintenance.
• Support team production goals while maintaining a safe and organized work area.

• Prepare, blast, and powder coat products such as bumpers, grumpers, snowplows, etc. to meet quality and production standards
• Inspect finished products and make adjustments to ensure a high-quality finish
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine equipment maintenance
• Support team production goals while maintaining a safe and organized work area

What We’re Looking for:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6+ months as a powder coating technician and/or general manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. repeatedly, willingness to team lift, work in varying temperatures
• Excellent attention to detail and quality minded
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
