Job summary

Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. is seeking a reliable production associate in Pennsylvania to support the painting line operations and ensure that all process outputs meet quality standards.

You will load and unload parts, apply plugs and masks, and pack parts as required while standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. Strict adherence to safety procedures and environmental guidelines is expected to maintain a safe, productive workplace.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Paint line experience preferred.
• Basic numeracy and ability to follow instructions.
• Fluent in English and able to read safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all process and outputs meet quality standards.
• Loads and unloads parts.
• Applies Plugs/Masks on parts.
• Packs part as required including wrapping or layering parts.
• May operate E-coat system load control panel.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Paint Line experience preferred

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Some physical demand; often lifts parts up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and/or walk constantly over a full work shift (8-12 hours)
• Ability to reach and/or pull for a full work shift (8-12 hours)
