Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for 4-6 powder blending operators
• Operate forklift safely and efficiently
• Ensure that trucks are loaded and un-loaded correctly
• Maintain records of shipments and work accomplished
• Keep work area clean and orderly and floors free of broken pallets
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organize warehouse
• Perform daily forklift checks for mechanical issues
• Inspect outgoing and incoming loads for damage
• Coordinate with warehousing and production scheduling for timely ingredient delivery
• Sample product and send to contract manufacturers
• Stage and prepare blending campaigns with high accuracy
• Document batches traceable to quality specifications
• Quality control blending batches and campaigns
