Job summary

Glanbia Nutritionals, Inc. is seeking a Production Team Leader at the Gooding Whey Plant to oversee a small shift of powder blending operators, ensuring safe forklift operations and accurate shipment staging.

The role requires strong communication, adherence to GMPs, and the ability to drive improvements in a fast-paced warehouse environment. On-site work with potential for overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of GMPs and basic computer typing.
• Ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for 4-6 powder blending operators.
• Efficiently and safely operate a forklift.
• Ensure that trucks are loaded and unloaded correctly.
• Maintain records of shipments and work performed.
• Keep work area clean and organized and floors free of debris.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and an audit-ready warehouse.
• Coordinate with warehousing and production scheduling to ensure timely ingredient delivery.
• Stage and prepare blending campaigns with high accuracy.
• Document batches and ensure traceability to quality specs.
