Job summary

Glanbia Idaho is seeking a Production Team Leader to oversee daily production operations at the Gooding site. You will coach hourly staff, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safety and quality compliance. Partnerships with maintenance, logistics, and the GMP framework are essential to achieve operational goals.

You will implement standard work, manage shift schedules, and lead performance reviews while promoting a zero-loss culture and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a hard science preferred but not required.
• Minimum of three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations and ensure safety, quality, and budget adherence.
• Coach and develop hourly employees and drive zero-loss culture.
• Schedule shifts, conduct audits, and maintain SOP compliance.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and shipping to meet production targets.
• Provide performance coaching and development for hourly staff.
