Qualifications

• Demonstrated knife skills and poultry processing experience required.
• Ability to portion poultry accurately and consistently while meeting customer specifications.
• Experience working in a refrigerated production environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, trims, slices, and portions chicken tenders according to specifications.
• Inspects products for defects and quality.
• Follows customer cutting, sizing, and packaging requirements.
• Uses knives and approved tools to trim and portion poultry accurately.
• Separates products and byproducts into designated containers.
• Weighs products and places them in containers for processing.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and follows GMP, PPE, SQF, USDA requirements.
