Responsibilities include operating the line at a set pace, using a knife to detach wings, inspecting for bones, and ensuring finished products meet company standards. The position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Place cones on a moving line at a determined pace.
• Effectively use a knife to cut the wing from the breast.
• Pull the breast from the carcass, inspect for bones and skin and transport remains to the moving conveyor belt.
• Grade and/or scale finished product to company standards.
• Follow all company safety policies, SOP regulations, and support Goal Zero mission statement.
