Job summary

Pilgrim’s is hiring for a Production Hourly role on our processing line in Georgia. You will cut, trim, package, and inspect poultry products to meet strict safety and quality standards while operating equipment and maintaining a clean area.

The ideal candidate is dependable, quick, and a team player, capable of adapting to a fast-paced environment and following all safety and biosecurity guidelines. Growth opportunities exist within a company committed to excellence.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work quickly; good communication.
• Must be a team player and able to work closely with others.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the production line according to Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment operation and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; follow safety, food safety, and animal welfare guidelines.
• Support team members by sharing skills and knowledge to promote a positive work atmosphere.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working in different areas of production as needed.
