Job summary

Pilgrim’s is hiring for a Production Hourly role on our poultry processing line. You will cut, trim, package, and inspect products to meet safety and quality standards, operate equipment, and maintain a clean work area.

This fast-paced role requires teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to learn in a safety-conscious environment. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED (preferred) and poultry/food industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and work quickly in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; clear instruction following is essential.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products using tools and equipment per Pilgrim’s and USDA standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety, food safety, and animal welfare guidelines.
• Support team members and share skills to promote a positive work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet production and quality goals.
• Be flexible to work in different production areas as needed.
