Pilgrim's is seeking a Production Hourly team member to join our production line. You will cut, trim, package and inspect poultry products, operate equipment, and maintain clean and safe work areas in a fast-paced environment.

Eligible candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and may bring poultry or food-industry experience. We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with some weekend work and benefits after 60 days.

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work quickly; good communication; follow simple instructions; be a team player.
• Must be able to work in cool temperatures (around 40 F) and lift 50 lbs+.

Responsabilidades

• Process poultry products according to Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment operation and report malfunctions.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area following biosecurity guidelines.
• Support team members and promote a positive work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and meet production goals.
