Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking production hourly team members to work on the processing line, performing cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspection to meet safety and quality standards. You’ll operate equipment, keep a clean area, and follow safety and biosecurity guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma/GED, ability to work in cool temperatures, and willingness to learn and be a team player.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Poultry/food industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, communicate well, and follow safety guidelines.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products according to Pilgrim's standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety and biosecurity guidelines.
• Support team members and promote a positive work atmosphere.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and meet production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned and be flexible across production areas.
