Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Hourly team member to join our processing line, performing cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspection to meet quality standards. You’ll operate equipment, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety guidelines in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED; poultry/food experience is a plus. Schedule is Monday–Friday with some weekend work; base pay is $17.95/hour plus a $2.00 shift differential and attendance incentives.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Skills: Multitask and work quickly, good communication, follow instructions, be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products using tools, manual labor, and equipment according to standards.
• Monitor equipment operation and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety, food safety, and animal welfare guidelines.
• Support team members by sharing skills and knowledge.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by performing tasks in different areas of production as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
