Job summary

Pilgrim’s is hiring for a hands-on production role on the processing line. You will perform cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspection tasks to meet safety and quality standards, operating equipment and keeping an orderly area.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety and biosecurity guidelines, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Base pay starts at $18.05 per hour with a $1 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts, plus attendance bonuses and career development

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for teamwork and safety.
• Must be a team player and able to work near others at stations.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the production line following USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety, food safety, and animal-welfare guidelines.
• Support teammates by sharing skills and information and promoting a positive work atmosphere.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
