Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation in Timberville, VA seeks a Production Superintendent Thigh Debone – 2nd Shift to lead a team and ensure cost-efficient productivity while meeting customer specs. The role requires supervising 20+ staff, planning manpower and equipment, and driving safety and quality.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekends, benefits after 60 days, PTO, 401(k) match, and a discretionary annual bonus. Base salary ranges from $78,883 to $95,843.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience required.
• Poultry or food industry experience a plus.
• Leadership experience with 20+ employees.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
• Basic computer knowledge expected.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Able to work hours including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Trains and develops employees to maximize quality and productivity.
• Plans manpower, materials, product and machines for efficiency.
• Manages employee performance with feedback.
• Promotes goodwill through proactive communication and involvement.
• Investigates quality, cost, and yield improvements with other depts.
