Pilgrim’s is hiring for a Production Hourly position on our processing line. You will cut, trim, package, and inspect products to meet strict safety and quality standards, operate equipment, and maintain a clean work area in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED (preferred) and poultry/food industry experience is a plus. Expect to work Monday–Friday with some weekend work; base pay $17.95/hour plus $2.00 shift differential for 2nd/3rd shifts, plus a perfect

Competenze

• Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience: Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Skills: Ability to multitask and work quickly, good communication, follow simple instructions and apply common sense; must be a team player.

Mansioni

• Process poultry products using tools, manual labor, and equipment according to USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment operation and report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety, food safety, and animal welfare guidelines.
• Support team members by sharing skills and knowledge while promoting a positive work atmosphere.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet production and quality goals.
