Job summary

Pilgrim’s is hiring for an entry-level Production Hourly role on our processing line, where safety and quality come first. You’ll cut, trim, package, and inspect poultry products while operating equipment and maintaining a clean, compliant workspace.

We value teamwork, reliable performance, and flexibility across shifts. Base pay starts at $15.85/hour with a $1.00 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts, plus a perfect attendance bonus of $1/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in poultry or food industry is a plus.
• Ability to follow safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate on processing line to cut, trim, package, and inspect products.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain clean work area and follow safety and biosecurity guidelines.
• Support team and participate in continuous improvement.
