Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Hourly team member to help deliver safe, high-quality poultry products. You will perform cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspection on the processing line, operate equipment, and maintain a clean work area in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires teamwork, reliable attendance, and adherence to safety and biosecurity guidelines. Base pay starts at $15.85 per hour with a $1.00 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts, plus attendance incentives and benefits

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience: Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Skills: Ability to multitask, communicate well, follow instructions, and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the production line per USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following safety and biosecurity guidelines.
• Support teammates by sharing skills and promoting a positive environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet production and quality goals.
