Job summary

Pilgrim’s in Texas is seeking a Production Hourly team member to help deliver safe, high‑quality poultry products. You’ll work on the processing line performing tasks such as cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspecting products to meet safety and quality standards.

You’ll follow USDA and Pilgrim’s guidelines, operate equipment, keep a clean workspace, and collaborate with teammates. The role requires a HS diploma, willingness to learn, and the ability to stand for long periods in cool

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Skills: Able to multitask, communicate well, follow simple instructions.
• Physical: Able to work in cool temperatures, stand 8–11 hours, lift 50 lbs+.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products according to USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Keep a clean, organized work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Support team members by sharing skills and promoting teamwork.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem solving.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working in different production areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
