Job summary

Pilgrim’s is hiring for a Production Hourly position in Texas. Join our processing team to cut, trim, package, and inspect poultry products, following USDA and Pilgrim’s standards in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work on the line, operate equipment, maintain cleanliness, and team with others. A high school diploma is preferred; poultry or food industry experience is a plus; you must be able to work in cool temperatures and stand for long hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, communicate well, and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the line according to Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and adapt to different production areas.
